Very well-skilled and the quality of the work was magnificent and very professional. With a rush job that would have taken CSI six-eight weeks. They did it in three weeks, in their typical high-quality fashion.
Stamford Scientific International relies on MHW’s significant high-tech fabrication and world-wide shipping capabilities. The Mid-Hudson Workshop has manufactured our patented aeration systems for several years, always meeting our strict blueprint-supplied tolerances. Their dedicated, skilled staff has produced numerous projects for SSI, shipping our systems around the globe via the required customized pallets they build, to destinations including Dubai - United Arab Emirates, France and Mexico as well as throughout the United States. SSI very much appreciates the cost-effective outsourcing services provided by MHW and highly recommends their professionalism.
A very valuable resource for me. They deliver a good product to my customers and we’ve been working with them (MHW) for about 15 years. Very conscientious and meticulous. A very nice operation.
Naked Earth has partnered with The Mid-Hudson Workshop for over twenty years and I can honestly say that they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. They are more than reliable with deadlines, very reasonable with pricing and, above all, honest beyond reproach. Naked Earth is a small family run business and as such we have to manage our day to day running costs and overheads very carefully. The fact that we are still with Mid-Hudson Workshop after all these years is an excellent testament to a first class and very satisfactory business relationship. I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking for any of the wide range of services that they offer.
It’s always been a good relationship with over two generations in this (machine shop/fabrication) business. We’ve never been unsatisfied.
Volunteering to be on the board was easy because I was raised by parents who always gave of themselves and was the first to try and figure out how to help those who needed help. They led by example. I am just happy to be able to do my part in some small way to help the community and share whatever I can to make the Workshop be the best it can be.
The Mid-Hudson Workshop for the Disabled’s mission to provide meaningful work for our region’s disabled Veterans and other physically and/or medically handicapped residents is a noble one. They are a valuable organization that provide these highly motivated and qualified people a way to contribute to society and to our economy in a meaningful way.
The new Mid-Hudson Works logo was developed to reflect the unique services offered to Hudson Valley businesses and beyond. Centrally located in Poughkeepsie, the bridge in the logo is both symbolic of the city, the Hudson and connecting businesses with the Workshop and its mission. Typographically, it's a clever combination of the top of the Mid-Hudson bridge which resembles an M and its reflection which resembles a W.
