Stephanie joined the Mid-Hudson Works team on June 1, 2022.  She holds the position of Operation Manager. Stephanie has many years of management experience.  She started her career in management right out of college, working in the Restaurant Business, for a company in Scarsdale NY.  She was employed with them for 3 years.  She left the business to continue her career path working  as a School Food Service Manager.  During her employment she was in charge of three elementary school, cafeteria’s.  She managed the daily breakfast ,lunch, and afterschool meal program. Providing meals to over 3,000 children daily.  During her employment she got married and soon after decided to start her family.  After having her first child she decided to leave her position and remain home caring for her baby.  Two years later she had a second child.  When she was ready to re enter the work force, Stephanie took a part time job with an online fulfillment center. During her employment she became a trainer, a seasonal leader and eventually was promoted to an Operations Supervisor, she was employed by the company for 5 years.

`Stephanie decided to leave the company , and this is when the opportunity to work at Mid-Hudson Workshop became available.  Stephanie runs the daily operations of the warehouse.  She oversees online fulfillment, kitting, fabrication, and now the Coffee Roasting business. She works closely with the staff guiding them and collaborating to make Mid-Hudson Works a great place to work. She is proud of the work we do her and has tremendous support for our veteran’s and individuals with disabilities.
