Role Summary/Purpose:
Handle past due or charged off inbound calls
Set up payment as per guidelines, partner with our cardholders on their unique situations & address situations that arise
Handle inbound calls surrounding consumer past due or charged off credit card accounts
Answer customer questions regarding statements, payment inquiries, account status etc.
Schedule payments where applicable on customer accounts.
Assisting them with unique servicing scenarios including but not limited to handling disputes, complaints, inquires that require special handling such as Bankruptcy, Deceased, SCRA etc.
Handle special customer scenarios arising from year end mailing, special projects etc.
Adhere to established standards for productivity and quality
Adhere to established Compliance guidelines, including completion of all required Compliance training successfully and on-time
Overtime hours as needed
1 -2 year of customer service experience in a call center environment & atleast 6 Months experience in a collections
Must be fluent in EnglishÂ
Experience working in an environment where service levels are tracked
