Mid-Hudson Works has been hired by several companies to support their co-packing and order fulfillment needs.  We maintain a NYS Agriculture Department Food Preparation License Article 20-C of the Agriculture and Markets Law which authorizes Mid-Hudson Works to conduct most types of Wholesale & Retail Food Processing.

We specifically work with dry food co-packing at our facility.  Hudson Valley Farm Hub is one of our major co-packing customers.  We are able to prepare and ship daily, offering both business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C) fulfillment

Food-Handling State/Local Licensing

Mid Hudson Works is a registered FDA Food Facility and holds an active registration that is renewed every two years.

Clean & Quality Packaging

We regularly clean and disinfect all surfaces, utensils, and equipment that come into contact with food.
